-On the Saturday closest to the first quarter moon, we meet at Claiborne West State Park. This is a great place to enjoy the night skies away from city lights.

-On the Saturday closest to the
new moon, we meet near Hillister, Texas. A little further out of the city and some of the best skies in East Texas!

If you need more information on when the first quarter or new moon is, please check
The Sky Tonight! Link.
If you would like to visit a Star Party, contact us for directions and times (weather permitting)! Visitors are
always welcome to the star parties!
