We are a friendly group of amateur astronomers from the Golden Triangle in Texas, including Jefferson, Hardin, Jasper, Newton, and Orange counties.
We meet indoors on the second Friday of each month at 7:00 pm at Odom Academy in Beaumont.
If you have an interest in astronomy, come check us out!
| On the Saturday closest to the first quarter moon, we meet at Claiborne West State Park. This is a great place to enjoy the night skies away from city lights.
On the Saturday closest to the new moon, we meet near Hillister, Texas. A little further out of the city and some of the best skies in East Texas!
If you would like to visit a Star Party, contact us for directions and times! Visitors are always welcome! |
